Participation in the organization of events and activities **Academic Program Assistant** Mexico City At **Grupo Lehren**, an organization specialized in educational management and operator of institutions such as **SAE Institute México**, we are seeking to welcome an **Academic Program Assistant** to our team who will provide administrative and academic support to the Academic Program Director and Coordinator, contributing to operational efficiency and achievement of academic objectives. Position Objective Provide administrative and academic support while ensuring proper documentation safeguarding, class schedule organization, student and faculty assistance, and tracking of institutional processes. Main Responsibilities * Manage and maintain up-to-date academic and administrative documentation within institutional systems. * Support the development and management of academic schedules, faculty workloads, and group assignments. * Track administrative processes related to the academic program. * Manage faculty hiring databases and contract follow-up with Human Capital. * Provide student assistance and follow-up in accordance with institutional guidelines. * Support faculty training coordination and internal communication. * Collaborate in the preparation and submission of grade reports. * Monitor faculty honorarium and staff payments. * Participate in organizing academic events, inductions, and institutional activities. * Coordinate scheduling of extraordinary examinations and allocation of academic spaces. * Facilitate communication among coordination, faculty, and administrative departments. Required Profile **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in administrative roles, preferably within an academic setting. * Student and faculty assistance and service. * Handling of documentation and tracking of academic processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in school management systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic understanding of academic processes and institutional regulations. * Organization of academic and administrative documentation. * Logistics for academic events and student activities.
