Act as the team’s agile facilitator—coordinating ceremonies and removing impediments affecting technical operations. Additionally, manage communication among stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical user stories and maintaining continuous visibility of progress through clear reporting and management tools. **Requirements:** --------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery of projects. * Plan, execute, and monitor progress of deliverables—from cloud infrastructure definition to production deployment. * Coordinate team agile ceremonies: Dailies, Planning, Refinement, and Retrospectives. * Identify and remove impediments or blockers affecting the technical team. * Translate business requirements into technical user stories. * Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Generate clear progress reports for leadership. * Track progress using management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Excel. **Candidate Requirements** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree, undergraduate program, or engineering qualification. * 2–5 years of experience leading projects. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, etc. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Mexico City. * Experience coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. **Expected Competency Profile** * Servant leadership and influence. * Negotiation and conflict management. * Assertive two-way communication. * Organization and structure. * Project coordination and tracking capability. **Our Cultural Fit** We operate with speed, focus, and purpose.
