We are seeking a **Junior Data Analyst** for our retail operations to enhance operational efficiency through data analysis, process automation, and management of key retail-related information. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of operational databases, transforming data into actionable reports that support business decision-making. **2️⃣ Technical Skills** * Pivot tables * Intermediate Excel * VLOOKUP / INDEX and MATCH * Logical functions (IF, AND, OR) * Data cleaning and validation **2️⃣ Basic SQL** * Knowledge of: * SELECT * FROM * WHERE * Reading and interpreting queries. **2️⃣ Desirable** * Basic knowledge of Power BI. * Handling large volumes of information. Technical Skills * Loading, cleaning, and validating databases. * Cross-referencing and analyzing data from multiple sources. * Generating reports and control dashboards in Excel. * Identifying inconsistencies and anomalies in operational data. * Executing and reading basic SQL queries. * Tracking incidents and communicating with internal departments. * **️ Automation and Optimization** * Creating work templates (layout, template). * Generating and automating reports. * Optimizing processing time and information delivery timelines. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ Bachelor’s degree (in progress, completed, or conferred) in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * 0–1 year of experience (professional internships accepted, provided they involved direct interaction with database management). * Results-oriented mindset * Executive communication skills * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; macros desirable). * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Experience in call centers, MIS, or related areas. Salary: $13,000–$14,000 MXN plus statutory benefits. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 **Work location:** Tenayuca 152, Letran Valle, Benito Juárez, 03650 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. A few blocks from Metro División del Norte (Line 3) or Parque de los Venados (Line 12).
