**JOB OFFERING:** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Meal vouchers * Productivity bonus * Hybrid work scheme: 1 week in office / 1 week remote **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Experience in IT technical support or help desk * User support in corporate environments * Desired knowledge of Linux, Asterisk, IP Telephony, and Vicidial * Ability to work effectively in teams and resolve incidents efficiently **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handling and tracking Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets * Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents * Managing users, licenses, databases, and servers * Coordinating with the platform team and customer support * Updating tickets and generating support metrics reports **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication * Problem analysis and resolution * Proactivity and continuous learning * Attention to detail and confidential handling of information * Results-oriented mindset Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
