Grupo La Florida México S.A. de C.V. is seeking enthusiastic and proactive students who wish to gain professional experience **User Support Intern** **Responsibilities:** * Support in employee assistance and follow-up processes. * Participation in organizational well-being-related activities. * Management of documentation and administrative follow-up for the department. * Collaboration on continuous improvement projects focused on human resources. **Requirements:** * **Currently enrolled student** in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, or related fields. * **Valid RFC (Mexican tax ID).** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team. **We offer:** * Financial support: $6,000 per month. * Practical experience in a professional environment. * Development of skills in human resources management and employee support. * Opportunity for continuous learning. **Location:** Cuautitlán \- Teoloyucan s/n, San Mateo, 54840 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx.
