Job Summary: This position seeks a technology adoption consultant to guide customers through their digital transformation using Microsoft solutions and improving efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany customers in the adoption and implementation of Microsoft technologies. 2. Actively promote the use of Copilot for productivity and automation. 3. Analysis of processes and As-Is / To-Be mapping methodologies. **Technology Adoption Consultant\- OVERCAST** **Objective** Accompany customers throughout their digital transformation journey by promoting the strategic use of Microsoft solutions, with the aim of facilitating technology adoption, driving cultural change, and enhancing organizational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Accompany customers in the adoption and implementation of Microsoft technologies, providing advisory support throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Planning and execution of leadership and sponsorship activities. * Planning and execution of communication initiatives. * Design and development of communication materials. * Planning and execution of training plans. * Design and development of content. * Delivery of in-person and online training sessions to various Overcast clients. * Design and delivery of trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions. * Actively promote the use of **Copilot** among customers, highlighting its benefits for productivity, automation, and decision-making. * Conduct technological and process needs analysis to propose customized AI- and collaboration-based solutions. * Participate in events, webinars, and trainings organized by Microsoft and Overcast. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge or demonstrated interest in **Copilot**, Microsoft 365, Azure, and collaboration tools such as **Teams, Loop, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and OneDrive**. * Knowledge of process analysis and **As\-Is / To\-Be** mapping methodologies. * Analytical ability and focus on resolving technological and process-related problems. * Consultative attitude and customer orientation. * Organizational skills and efficient time management. * Team building.
