Opportunities for growth and training in new fiber technologies At TNG, a leader in **structured cabling and telecommunications**, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **GPON Network Documenter** to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for digitizing and validating fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring that drawings accurately reflect field construction (As\-Built). **Key Responsibilities:** * Creation and updating of **As\-Built** drawings in **DWG (AutoCAD)** format. * Technical documentation of external network projects (FTTH/GPON). * Interpretation of physical surveys and digitization of routes. * Recording and organizing connection diagrams for **Racks and Optical Distribution Frames (ODF)**. * Network inventory management using Office software (advanced Excel preferred). **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in telecommunications network design or documentation. * **Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (layer management, blocks, scaling) and Office (Excel). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of GPON architecture, identification of network components (Splitters, NAPs, Splice Closures), and central office equipment (Racks/PI). * **Skills:** Ability to work effectively in teams, results-oriented mindset, and excellent document organization skills. **Education:** Technical degree or completed/unfinished degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers * Opportunities for growth and training in new fiber technologies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month **Benefits:** * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
