Work in a metalworking, industrial, or automotive environment **At DYM, we want you to be part of our team!!** Mexican metalworking company seeks: **CNC OPERATOR** **Profile:** We seek candidates with a Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, with experience—or at least minimal experience—in CNC machining centers, having worked for industrial, metalworking, and/or automotive companies. Candidates must possess knowledge of machine and tool operation, EIMP usage, and blueprint interpretation. Classification: * Trainee Operator: Candidates with minimal experience or basic CNC knowledge. Recent technical or engineering graduates are welcome. * CNC Operator: Candidates with verifiable work experience. **Functions and activities to be performed or developed according to category (non-exhaustive):** * Power on and verify the CNC machine; reference it to the zero point per established procedures. * Call up and load the appropriate program for the operation. * Initiate and monitor the machining program. * Change parts and tools according to the production process. * Measure parts per blueprints and tolerances; perform necessary adjustments. * Measure and calibrate tools. * Set machining conditions (speed, feed rate, depth, etc.). **Skills and knowledge required for an experienced Operator:** * Metal stamping (metalworking and automotive industries) * Machines and tools: lathes, milling machines, etc. * Blueprint interpretation * GD&T * Machining processes **Skills and/or knowledge required for a Trainee Operator:** * Machines and tools **We Offer:** * Base salary (100% nominal): Salary and classification assigned according to level of knowledge and experience * 16 days’ year-end bonus * Savings fund * Life insurance * Optical assistance * School supplies support * Birthday leave * And other benefits * Work schedule: Shift rotation (Mon–Sat, 7:00–15:00 hrs / 15:00–22:00 hrs; Mon–Fri, 22:30–7:00 hrs) Info via WhatsApp: 5561746021 Do you meet the profile?
