Job stability and professional development **Profile:** * **Warehouse Manager (Textile Sector)** Location: Metro Tacuba / San Joaquín, CDMX **Job Description** A textile-sector company is seeking a **Warehouse Manager** with proven experience, leadership ability, and a results-oriented approach to coordinate warehouse operations and administration. **Important:** Only candidates who fully meet all stated requirements will be considered. Applications that do not match the profile will not be reviewed. **Requirements** * Age: 45 to 50 years old (mandatory) * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Warehouse Manager * Experience in the textile industry (fabrics) is **highly desirable** * Proficiency in systems: SAE\-ASPEL and Oracle * Advanced/intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of cycle counting and warehouse control * Experience implementing processes and KPIs **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations * Inventory control and administration * Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution * Optimize storage space and logistics processes * Supervise and lead the workforce * Generate reports and metrics (receipts, shipments, inventories) * Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers * Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures **Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management * Working under pressure * Proactivity and results orientation * Organization and control * Decision-making * Frustration tolerance * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Punctuality bonus * Job stability **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday * Saturday morning shift Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * FIVE: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
