OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – CONTACT CENTER Part-time shifts: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM *Work from Monday to Sunday with rotating weekend days off* REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of Call Center experience (sales or retention experience is mandatory) Completed high school education Strong verbal and written communication skills Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency Advanced Excel skills Flexible availability RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide personalized advisory and customer support Handle customer calls requesting service cancellation Identify reasons for churn and provide effective solutions Offer alternatives, promotions, or benefits to retain customers Manage objections and resolve complaints with a focus on customer loyalty WHAT DO WE OFFER?
