




A growing company engaged in the processing, marketing, and distribution of fresh vegetables and frozen products through cold-chain logistics seeks an: **Import Coordinator.** (Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field), with a minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably within the fresh food, mass-consumption, or retail industry. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate import operations for materials, machinery, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper documentation management. Follow up with customs brokers and suppliers to guarantee timely and accurate clearance; monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal supply and prevent risks of fines or delays. Additionally, implement and supervise import-related processes, audits, and reporting, maintain effective communication with internal departments, and support staff training on foreign trade matters. **Language Requirement:** Advanced English (minimum 90% proficiency in both written and spoken). **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Training Requirements:** Customs law and foreign trade regulations; foreign trade promotion programs; documentation control for imports of packaging materials and machinery; knowledge of export procedures. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
