We are currently seeking talent such as: **Collections Analyst** ----------------------------- **Location:** Calle 16 de septiembre 414, Capulhuac, C.P. 52710, San Nicolás Tlazala **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 **Work Mode:** On-site **What will be your objective?** --------------------------- Ensure control, analysis, and optimization of the returns process, generating strategic information for decision-making in logistics operations. **️** **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------------- * Prepare reports and metrics on parts in transit and anomalies using weekly reports and trend analysis. * Analyze root causes of returns to identify patterns and improvement opportunities related to product, packaging, transportation, and customer experience. * Ensure compliance with return process regulations (RMAs), identifying deviations and reporting them to Logistics. * Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers regarding incidents and information visibility. * Manage return processing, ensuring traceability in WMS and internal systems. * Generate customs entries and invoicing for returns, ensuring compliance with customs regulations (border zones). **Required Profile** -------------------- * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * Experience: Minimum 1 year * Knowledge: * Data analysis * Preparation of executive reports * KPI management **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive monthly salary * 30-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Funeral expense assistance * Professional development opportunities
