Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Leader with experience to coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure technical quality, and align execution between business and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end technical execution and coordinate IT delivery. 2. Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors. 3. Drive improvements in maintainability and time-to-market. We hold the Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR) distinction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** IT Leader Requirements: At least 5 years in this role * Key Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end technical execution and coordinate IT delivery * Define and execute the implementation plan aligned with business objectives * Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors * Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadmap * Ensure technical quality, architectural standards, and IT governance * Identify technical debt and lead remediation plans * Drive improvements in maintainability and time\-to\-market * Align execution among Business, PMO, and technical teams Technical Requirements: * Experience in API architecture and development * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) * Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, metrics, tools such as GitHub, Dynatrace) * Knowledge of security (OAuth2, MFA, Zero Trust) * Experience in data integration and DWH (desirable) Methodologies and Experience: * Experience working with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies * Participation in legacy system transformations to cloud * Agile or Cloud certification preferred We Offer: Competitive salary, 100% nominal Statutory and above-statutory benefits (savings fund, auto insurance, major and minor medical expense insurance, training, career development plan, commercial agreements, etc.) On-site work mode Office location: San Pedro de los Pinos, CDMX Monday to Friday We look forward to welcoming you as part of our IT Leader team at IDS Comercial!
