At KAVAK, **we work intelligently and purposefully**: **Work Smart & Make Kavak Happen.** We believe in uncovering each person’s superpower and maximizing it to its fullest potential. ️What will you do in this role? * Advise customers on buying and selling cars. * Ensure vehicle deliveries provide an exceptional customer experience. * Explain financing plans and analyze credit profiles. * Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring all documents, authorizations, and vehicle conditions are complete and in order prior to delivery. * Coordinate the logistics required to fulfill warranty-related commitments. * Provide post-sales support and satisfaction follow-up. * Collaborate with internal departments such as workshop, credit, and customer service. * Maintain effective communication with internal teams (logistics, service, sales) to ensure timely, seamless deliveries. What are we looking for? * Completed high school education. * +3 years of experience in sales or in-person customer service. * Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle-related procedures (desirable). * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions (a plus). * Skills in negotiation, empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication. * Flexible availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Sunday (one weekday day off).
