Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in guest service, cash handling, reporting, and staff management, with hospitality industry experience and advanced English proficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive guest and customer service, including check-in/out. 2. Cash handling, billing, and reporting in hotel systems (Opera and Micros). 3. Staff leadership and follow-up on guest requests.
