We operate our own offices in Mexico and Shanghai, as well as high-quality service agents in over 180 countries worldwide. **Requirements to join our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Experience: 3 years in operations, primarily maritime. * Strong focus on compliance and objective-based performance. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Maintaining existing suppliers and identifying new ones * Controlling, organizing, and tracking domestic and international operations * Preparing internal and external tracking reports * Managing the system (RP) * Monitoring shipments and reporting to clients **We offer:** * Net salary commensurate with experience and competencies. * Monthly bonus of 7% of gross salary. * Statutory and enhanced benefits: Grocery vouchers, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 30-day year-end bonus, Life insurance, Discounts at various establishments. * Career growth opportunity. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs. **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid If you are interested and meet 100% of the requirements, please submit your CV!
