**Requirements:** * Education: Intern or Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a site resident or in a similar position (verifiable). * Knowledge of civil construction, finishes, and project management. * Proficiency in estimates and quantity takeoffs. * Experience in site surveys and construction supervision. * Communication skills and client interaction abilities. * Willingness to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of construction and civil works (structure, masonry, and finishes). Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and hydraulic drawings. * On-site supervision to ensure quality and project compliance. * Schedule and timeline control to meet the project timeline. * Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and water treatment systems. * Quality control of materials and construction processes. * Ability to resolve technical issues on-site. * Physical progress monitoring of construction work. * Maintenance of site logbooks and technical reports. * Organization and planning of construction activities. * Decision-making capability at the site. * Attention to detail for finishes and specification compliance.
