IMPORTANT: COMPANY REQUIRES: **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (PRIVATE SECURITY)\- CDMX** **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the proper operation of assigned services, ensuring compliance with instructions, operational coverage, customer service, and supervision of operational staff, while maintaining the company's established quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Supervise assigned services both on-site and remotely. \* Verify attendance, punctuality, and proper appearance of operational staff. \* Follow up on operational incidents and report them promptly. \* Coordinate coverage for absences, disabilities, or emergencies. \* Maintain constant communication with customers and operational staff. \* Conduct periodic visits to service locations. \* Prepare operational reports and supervision logs. \* Validate compliance with instructions and security protocols. Support launch of new services. \* Monitor staff performance and identify areas for improvement. \* Coordinate with recruitment for operational vacancy coverage. \* Resolve operational situations immediately **Required Knowledge:** Operation of private security services, management of operational staff, preparation of reports and incident documentation, customer service and follow-up, operational coverage and logistics, basic use of Excel and corporate WhatsApp. Attendance control and shift supervision. Basic security protocols and response procedures. High School Diploma Up to 50 years of age Minimum 2 years verifiable experience (supervision preferred, especially in private security companies). Flexible schedule and ability to travel to various service locations.
