A construction-sector company is seeking a **Junior Construction Resident** to supervise and monitor construction operations. Requirements * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * 3–4 years of experience in construction supervision and monitoring. * Experience in preparing construction work generators. * Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (for blueprint interpretation and generator preparation). * Management and supervision of operational staff and contractors. Responsibilities * Supervision of on-site activities. * Preparation and control of construction work generators. * Monitoring of physical project progress. * Preparation of photographic reports and daily logs. * Coordination with operational staff and contractors. * Monitoring of materials and task execution.
