Education: Minimum completed junior high school; preferred: incomplete or completed high school. Excellent personal appearance. **Skills and qualities:** Radio operation Basic knowledge of civil protection Responsible and proactive. **Main duties or functions:** Vehicular access control Customer service Patrols in common areas Vendor management Visitor registration **We offer:** 8-hour shifts Wednesday to Monday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **(Tuesday off)** Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **(Monday off)** Direct hiring by the company Salary: $13,500.00 gross monthly \+ bonus \+ statutory benefits.
