Luxom Developments We are seeking a BIM Manager with experience in multidisciplinary coordination and leadership of BIM implementation. **Responsibilities** * Lead the BIM strategy for projects. * Define and oversee BIM standards. * Coordinate multidisciplinary models (Architecture, Structural, and MEP). * Manage common data environments (CDE). * Supervise clash detection and resolution. * Train and support the team. * Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and internal standards. * Coordinate LOD deliverables and information flows. * Implement automation and process improvements for BIM. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 5\+ years of BIM experience. * 2\+ years as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator. * Advanced proficiency in: * Autodesk Revit * Navisworks * Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 * AutoCAD. **Skills** * Team leadership. * Project management. * Technical conflict resolution. Salary: $28,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
