Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage, analyze, and monitor operational information regarding service deliveries and diesel consumption, ensuring database integrity and report generation. Proactive environment for identifying errors and proposing process improvements. **Location** * **Start:** Atizapán de Zaragoza * **Subsequently (after 6 months):** Tultipark II, Tultitlán **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Job Objective** To manage, analyze, and monitor operational information related to service deliveries and diesel consumption, ensuring database integrity, accurate information updates, and generation of reports supporting decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Administration and updating of master files in Excel * Recording, monitoring, and tracking of service deliveries * Diesel inventory control (customers and company) * Validation of information against evidence (tickets, delivery notes) * Generation of operational reports and data analysis * Identification and tracking of data inconsistencies * Customer service and follow-up * Continuous coordination with the operations department * Support in data visualization using Power BI **Requirements** * Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel (mandatory): * Pivot tables * Formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, etc.) * Basic Power BI knowledge * Database management skills * Experience in operational control and information analysis * Experience in customer service * High level of organization and attention to detail **Ideal Profile** We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive individual who enjoys working with data, identifying errors, and proposing process improvements. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (tax-free) * Job stability * Growth opportunity * Development in data analysis tools Salary: Up to $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
