Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the center’s daily operations (scheduling, patient flow, treatment rooms, staff). * Supervise the operational team (front desk, therapists, nursing staff). * Ensure compliance with clinical and service protocols. * Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and patient experience. * Resolve operational incidents with judgment, composure, and efficiency. * Ensure process quality and scalability for coordination with other centers. * Follow up on basic administrative processes (scheduling, reporting, supplies, sales). * Serve as a source of support and leadership for the team. Profile We Seek Technical Requirements * Prior experience as a manager, coordinator, or operations lead. * Experience in clinics, spas, wellness centers, hospitals, or hospitality is desirable. * Strong organizational skills and process follow-up ability. * Basic proficiency in scheduling, operational systems, and communication tools.
