Civil Works Resident – Controlled Demolitions (Night Shift) Location: CDMX – Polanco Area Schedule: Night shift Salary: $24,000 monthly (negotiable) Project: Antara Polanco Interconnection Job Description We are seeking a Civil Works Resident with proven experience in controlled demolitions, preferably using diamond wire cutting, to supervise nighttime structural works. Responsibilities * Supervise controlled demolitions of structural elements. * Validate cutting procedures, handling maneuvers, and lifting operations. * Ensure compliance with SASST, work permits, and operational controls. * Coordinate contractors and specialized crews. * Monitor progress and generate daily reports. * Manage interferences with existing structures and metallic reinforcements. * Supervise nighttime works without affecting daytime operations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * 3\+ years of experience in controlled demolitions (mandatory). * Knowledge of wire sawing, wall sawing, or diamond wire cutting, and controlled demolitions. * Experience in projects with operational constraints or nighttime works. * Familiarity with safety regulations (NOM 009, NOM 017, NOM 030, NOM 031\). * Availability to work exclusively on night shift.
