TRAFFIC SUPERVISOR WE OFFER: Salary: $13,500 to $15,500 MONTHLY Monthly food vouchers Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits SHIFT: Monday to Friday 8 AM\-6 PM, Saturday 8 AM\-2 PM Responsibilities: · Manage vehicle dispatch · Continuous vehicle monitoring · Assign trips and roles · Handle contingencies · Document control · Daily traffic logbook · Fuel consumption control and reporting Requirements: · Must possess knowledge of transportation regulations and legislation, digital and physical transportation documentation, preventive maintenance, and vehicle inspections. · Education: Technical or Industrial Engineering degree, Business Administration degree, or Logistics degree (graduated or final thesis stage) · Minimum 2 years of experience · Knowledge in: route operations and dispatch logistics security and risk management · Availability of time · Professional appearance · Openness to change · Employment stability in previous jobs (verifiable) · Strong attention to detail · Teamwork and ability to work under pressure .
