**We are seeking:** Electromechanical Maintenance Technician **Working Hours: Monthly rotating schedules.** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Days off: Rotating one day per week **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of electromechanics * Electrical installations across various areas of the condominium * Diagnosis and repair * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Installation and assembly * Technical and materials usage records **We offer:** * Salary: $12,000 to $13,500 gross monthly * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $12,000\.00 per month Experience: * Condominiums: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
