Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect and/or Interior Designer with experience in the design, development, and coordination of residential projects, leading with creativity and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience of 3+ years in residential projects or related fields 2. Creativity, leadership, organization, and strong communication skills 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office Project Architect and/or Interior Designer Proven experience of 3\+ years in residential projects or related fields. Creative, with leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication. Responsibilities: Presenting design proposals and drawings; developing construction documents; coordinating projects and supervising contractors; client interaction; delivering projects on schedule. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office; knowledge of construction regulations. Full-time, on-site position. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Salary: Starting from $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
