We seek a Graphic Designer with a strategic focus on social media, capable of creating high-impact visual assets aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and results—not merely aesthetic design.
This position combines strategic thinking, visual creativity, and execution.
Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Planning
* Development of visual and creative strategy for social media
* Translating marketing objectives into: Graphic concepts, Digital campaigns
* Content calendars
* Proposal of formats, styles, and visual guidelines per brand
* Trend analysis and strategic adaptation (not copying trends for the sake of copying)
* Design of content for: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stories, carousels, Reels, ads; Development and maintenance of digital branding; Creation of key visuals for campaigns; Adaptation of materials across various formats
* Performance-oriented design (CTR, engagement, reach)
* Collaboration in planning content grids
* Platform-specific visual optimization
* Design focused on: Engagement, Conversion, Brand positioning, Visual support for product launches, activations, and events
Strategic Profile (MANDATORY)
Ability to justify design decisions based on objectives
Understands the difference between:
Beautiful design vs. effective design
Proposes ideas, does not merely execute briefs
Campaign-oriented thinking, not isolated post thinking
Basic metric interpretation to improve design
Tools and Technical Skills: Design, Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), Adobe Illustrator (mandatory), Canva (strategic and efficient usage), Knowledge of branding and visual guidelines, Motion (PLUS), After Effects (basic animations for social media), Motion for Reels and ads
Social Media: Knowledge of platform-specific formats and specifications, Design for paid advertising (desirable), Understanding of the digital customer journey
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month
