This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills, with a results-oriented and multitasking collaborative approach. **Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Sciences, or related fields. **What makes you a strong candidate:** * Minimum one year of marketing experience. * Soft skills: empathy, strong interpersonal understanding, authenticity, teamwork. * Excellent writing and spelling proficiency. * Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) tools. * Strategic and creative thinking. * Clear communication and influence. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Organization and results orientation. * Adaptability and resilience. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Teamwork. * Openness to experimentation. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing innovation projects using continuous analysis of marketing, sales, and market data. * Supporting strategic decision-making through performance metrics and KPIs. * Participating in initiatives for holistic business vision. * Executing Trade Marketing strategies and in-store activations. * Developing the brand’s digital strategy, including influencer management and social media operations. * Efficiently coordinating with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors. * Collaborating on content creation, engagement dynamics, and online community interaction. * Implementing effective commercial strategies, maximizing brand presence at points of sale, and ensuring achievement of sales and margin objectives aligned with overall business goals. * Developing commercial strategies to increase market share within the pharmacy segment. * Participating in price negotiations, promotional planning, and commercial agreements to maximize pharmacy profitability. * Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. * Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
