Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in projects **Job Objective:** Supervise construction works and installations both on-site and remotely, ensuring quality, schedule compliance, and proper coordination with clients and suppliers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise installations and construction works on-site and remotely. * Prepare and submit progress reports with supporting evidence. * Monitor the construction schedule and adherence to timelines. * Develop isometric drawings and installation schematics. * Schedule and track payments to contractors and suppliers. * Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve incidents. * Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in every project. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or installation supervision. * Proficiency in construction management software (MS Project, Excel). * Ability to produce isometric drawings and read blueprints. * Availability for on-site and remote supervision. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and proactivity. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and results orientation. * Ability to solve problems on-site.
