Job Objective** Ensure **accurate and timely payroll calculation**, as well as compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations, through monitoring and validation of payroll incidents, earnings, deductions, and benefits for employees. **3. Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform **weekly, biweekly, or fortnightly payroll calculation and processing**, according to the company’s payroll schedule. * Compile and validate **payroll incidents** (absences, disabilities, overtime, leaves of absence, vacations, etc.). * Calculate **earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits**, in accordance with current legislation. * Prepare **final settlements and severance payments** for employees. * Calculate and monitor **payroll-related taxes** (Income Tax [ISR], Employment Subsidy). * Generate and review **payroll reports and reconciliations**. * Administer and monitor **IMSS transactions** (enrollments, terminations, and salary adjustments). * Verify correct application of **loan deductions (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, personal loans, etc.)**. * Address employee inquiries regarding **payments, payroll receipts, or deductions**. * Maintain up-to-date **personnel database and employment files**. * Support internal or external audits related to payroll. 4. Candidate Profile **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–3 years of experience in **payroll processing**. * Experience working in **companies with medium- or large-sized workforces** (preferred). * Experience handling **payroll incidents, final settlements, and payroll tax obligations**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation. * Mexican labor legislation. * IMSS Law and management of affiliation transactions. * ISR calculation for salaries and wages. * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency. * Experience with **payroll systems** (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, or similar). 5.
