Join our team as an Accounting Assistant: *Requirements:* * Minimum of 6 months previous experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Age 20 and above * Flexible availability *Knowledge and skills:* * Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. * Knowledge of basic financial and tax regulations. * Strong mathematical and logical reasoning abilities. * Attention to detail. * Organizational discipline to manage multiple documents and tasks. * Ethics and integrity when handling confidential financial information. * Effective communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal staff. *Responsibilities:* * Record and process sales invoices, receipts, follow up on customer outstanding balances, and ensure payments to suppliers. * Prepare bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations. * Assist in payroll processing, including accounting for settlements and severance pay. * Participate in inventory preparation and control. * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, file documents, and manage correspondence. * Enter and manage data in spreadsheets and databases. * Maintain order in files and workspaces.
