Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Prospector with sales and prospecting expertise to generate new commercial agreements and develop a client portfolio in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Establish long-term business relationships with companies and sports groups. 2. Develop your own client portfolio and seek occupancy and events. 3. Fieldwork focused on prospecting and commercial follow-up. **Business Prospector** Base salary + commissions Fieldwork and commercial follow-up We seek a person skilled at interpersonal communication, prospecting companies, and generating new commercial agreements. This is not an office-based position nor one involving servicing already-assigned clients. This vacancy focuses on going out to acquire new clients, building relationships, and conducting commercial follow-up until agreements are closed. **You will primarily work with:** * Companies * Schools * Sports groups * Corporate events * Team-building activities * Wellness and recreational activities **Your responsibilities:** * Prospect new clients * Visit companies and establish agreements * Follow up with potential clients * Establish long-term business relationships * Seek weekday occupancy and events * Develop your own client portfolio **What we are looking for:** * Experience in sales, prospecting, or business relations * Enthusiasm for fieldwork * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Consistency and commercial follow-up discipline * Patience for sales requiring extended follow-up * Personal vehicle required **We offer:** * Base salary * Commissions * Earnings exceeding $18,000 per month based on performance * Accommodation options for out-of-town candidates * Commercial development and growth opportunities **Schedule:** * Monday through Sunday * Midweek day off If you enjoy building relationships, acquiring new clients, and staying constantly active, this opportunity may be right for you.
