*METODO ESCALA NEGOCIOS SA DE CV is seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo* A company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of ready-mix concrete is looking for a **Quality Management System Coordinator** to lead the implementation, standardization, measurement, and improvement of the QMS across all our plants. We are not seeking an office manager; rather, we seek someone with technical orientation, documentary rigor, and direct hands-on experience in operations, audits, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, strengthening processes, reducing variability, and guaranteeing operational reliability across the entire region. **Responsibilities** * Design, update, and implement the **Quality Management System** (QMS) across all plants. * Execute and coordinate **internal audits**, track findings, and manage corrective actions. * Supervise on-site operational quality control and analyze deviations, rejections, and trends. * Document and standardize key operational processes: * production, maintenance, logistics, and control. * Lead root cause analysis and **continuous improvement** projects (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SPC). * Maintain master document control, traceability, and system versioning. * Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Maintenance to ensure consistency of standards across plants. * Provide technical support for strategic operational decision-making. **Requirements** * Industrial, Materials, or Quality Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in: * Industrial quality management or continuous processes. * Implementation or reconstruction of QMS. * Internal audits and closure of corrective actions. * Statistical analysis and process control. * Proficiency in **intermediate-to-advanced Excel**. * Willingness to travel between plants (Pachuca, Zumpango, Puebla, Querétaro, State of Mexico). * Preferred: * Knowledge of concrete, materials, or continuous production. * Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred). **Professional Profile Sought** * Documentary rigor, organization, and data-driven focus. * Ability to coordinate teams without holding a managerial position. * Strong technical competence and sound judgment to propose practical improvements. * Clear communication and direct engagement with plant personnel. * Proactivity, discipline, and results orientation. **We Offer** * A position with direct impact on product quality and reliability. * An opportunity to structure and strengthen the QMS from the ground up. * Professional development and growth within the Operations area. * A challenging, results-oriented professional environment. * Competitive base salary.
