Join Grupo Salinas · As a field collections agent, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit. · Requirements Customer service, collections, or sales experience. Motorcycle operation capability. Valid motorcycle driver's license. Mobile device operation. Goal- and target-oriented. Effective communication and teamwork. · Value Proposition Base weekly salary of $2,500. Weekly commissions. Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority.
