




Position: Construction Project Manager – Construction and Electrical Company **Location:** Pachuca, Hidalgo **Contract type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate **Area:** Construction and electricity Position objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise construction and electrical projects, ensuring technical, regulatory, and financial compliance, as well as proper document management before institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS. Key responsibilities Construction area * Plan projects: schedules, budgets, resources. * Supervise progress, quality, safety, and deadline compliance. * Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Control costs and optimize resources. * Implement occupational safety policies. Administrative area * Prepare technical, financial, and progress reports. * Use digital tools: ERP, advanced Excel, BIM. * Resolve operational, legal, or personnel conflicts. * Represent the company before clients and authorities. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Business Administration. * Proven experience in public and private projects. * Advanced knowledge of: * **SIROC**: registration, modification, and closure of contracts with IMSS. * **SATIC**: worker registration, estimates, and social security compliance. * **SUA**: calculation and submission of employee-employer contributions. * In-depth knowledge of the Social Security Law, Construction Regulations, and local regulations. * Experience in tenders, contests, and direct awards. * Ability to create and maintain technical and tax records.
