Attention to commercial tenant and common area needs A leading company in the management of shopping centers and corporate properties is looking for your talent — join our team as: **Maintenance Technician** Work Location: **Explanada Pachuca Shopping Center** Benefits: * Salary: $11,300 gross \+ statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * 35% vacation premium * Social security * 10% savings fund * Life insurance * Vacation days * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Uniforms * Savings box (optional) Responsibilities: * Inspection and cleaning of lighting systems (bulb, ballast, and fixture replacement). * Electrical system inspection (panels, circuit breakers, outlets). * Basic hydraulic system maintenance (faucets, sanitary fixtures, pipes). * Air conditioning unit inspection (filters, drains). * Wall and ceiling painting and patching. * Automatic door and metal shutter inspection. * Water leak repair. * Electrical outlet repair. * Lock repair. * Replacement of burnt-out lamps. * Response to service reports from commercial tenants and common areas. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma with certificate (mandatory) * Minimum two years’ experience in electrical maintenance **We welcome recent graduates of technical programs in maintenance, electricity, or engineering seeking hands-on experience.** Schedule: Availability to rotate between morning shifts (7:00–15:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00), Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
