**Overview:** We are seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** with proven experience in comprehensive management of logistics operations, inventory control, and transportation management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring of inbound and outbound material flows, optimizing time, costs, and resources. **Technical Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate transportation, distribution, and storage operations. * Monitor routes and deliveries in real-time using tracking systems or GPS. * Prepare logistics reports (performance indicators, delivery times, transportation costs, losses, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory policies. * Manage relationships with carriers and logistics service providers. * Implement continuous improvements in supply and distribution processes. * Coordinate warehouse and transportation operational staff. * Support in quotations, rates, and negotiations. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in logistics operations or warehouse and transportation coordination. * Knowledge of: ERP or WMS (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) * Inventory control (FIFO, LIFO, PEPS). * Route management and transportation optimization. * Handling logistics KPIs (OTD, Fill Rate, Cost per Km, OTIF). * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros desirable). * Ability to analyze logistics data and make decisions. * Operational leadership and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits.
