VINOPREMIER: An e-commerce company specializing in the distribution of wine, spirits, and gourmet products, is seeking to incorporate a **Restaurant Manager** into its team of hospitality professionals for its Wine Bar located in Zona Plateada, Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * At least 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and 10 years in the restaurant industry. * Experience managing personnel. * Customer-oriented with a focus on work excellence. * Sales-oriented. * Pleasant appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and wine is desirable. * Basic knowledge of foreign languages is desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Plan strategies to ensure achievement of company-set goals. * Meet company targets regarding sales and costs. * Manage opening and closing operations for each work site. * Coordinate and supervise the functions of each work team. * Cost management, inventory control, waste tracking, and warehouse oversight. * Supervise cash register reconciliations and cash counts at each restaurant. * Oversee product creation in the system and on the website. * Verify controls for consumption receipts. * Supervise order requests and receipts at each restaurant. * Liaise with suppliers. * Supervise payment processing via terminal and cash handling at each work site. * Establish a tip distribution system at each work site. * Manage staff, including attendance records, hires, and terminations. * Recruit new personnel to strengthen teams. * Enforce company's internal regulations. * Supervise customer service, guiding waitstaff to promote menu items, wines, and spirits. * Ensure staff can satisfy customers and resolve complaints. * Verify that equipment, materials, and supplies are adequate for service delivery.
