We invite you to participate in our recruitment and selection process for: STORE MANAGER Requirements: Education: Completed High School Diploma or Incomplete/Completed Bachelor’s Degree (relevant to the position) Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the store’s annual sales budget and operational profitability according to targets set by the Operations Director 2. Ensure zero deviations in inventory management 3. Guarantee high-quality customer service delivered by store staff Experience: Minimum 6 MONTHS as BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER in a similar activity (self-service stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) Skills in sales strategy management, inventory control, shrinkage control, customer service, cash handling, personnel management, and marketing.
