




Join our team, we are **looking for a Labor Relations Analyst at Supervisor level** Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably certified. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, including administrative reports, employee terminations, resolution of labor issues, personnel management, handling STPS inspections, preferably in manufacturing companies. Knowledge and application of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Internal Work Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, updates on labor reforms, review of settlement documents. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Handle personnel matters related to labor issues and provide timely solutions. Prepare administrative reports in compliance with the LFT and Internal Work Regulations, and apply HR policies. Manage employee terminations and exit interviews. Process requests for permits, vacations, and employee loans; manage vacation control. Manage payment of severance settlements. Report employee absences and tardiness; maintain updated records of active staff on site. Report personnel turnover and absenteeism indicators. Coordinate and supervise the duties of Security Guards.
