




Due to growth, **at** **Residential Rancho Santa Clara**, we are seeking a **Unit Price Analyst** focused on building and urban development, with strong attention to detail and technical experience in budgeting, estimations, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare unit prices, budgets, and construction schedules. * Control payroll, subcontractor payments, and review supplier budgets. * Reconcile with contractors and manage purchase orders and payments. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual progress, cost estimates, and photographic evidence reports. * Analyze architectural, structural, and installation drawings for material calculations and quotations. * Supervise construction standards, compare prices, analyze variances, and update databases. * Support technical and administrative project closures. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years in budgeting and unit price analysis. * Desired proficiency in tools such as **Neodata, Opus, Enkontrol, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD**.
