At ISA Solutions, a company specialized in export-oriented CNC machining, we are seeking a Quality Engineer. The purpose of this position is to ensure quality at each stage of the process through inspection of materials and parts, as well as managing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** · Administer and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. · Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. · Interpret drawings with GD\&T and ensure tolerance compliance. · Operate and coordinate the use of measurement equipment: CMM, optical comparator, profilometer, vernier caliper, micrometer, among others. · Manage calibration and control of measuring instruments. · Lead internal audits and provide support during customer and certification body audits. · Document and follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. · Train personnel on quality and metrology topics. **Requirements:** · Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. · 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the metalworking or automotive industry. · Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GD\&T, and dimensional metrology. · Experience with CMM, optical comparator, and profilometer is desirable. · Technical English (reading of drawings, documentation, and basic communication). **Skills:** · Attention to detail and analytical thinking. · Organization and documentation. · Effective communication with customers and auditors. · Technical leadership and teamwork. **We offer:** · Competitive salary according to experience. · Statutory benefits. · Technical training and management systems training. · Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
