At ISA Solutions, a company specialized in CNC machining for export, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The main objective of this position is to analyze the feasibility of new projects and develop efficient CNC manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, competitive lead times, and production standardization. **Responsibilities:** · Review drawings, materials, and tolerances to assess the technical feasibility of new parts. · Prepare cycle time estimates. · Develop and document CNC machining processes (sequences, machines, fixturing, cutting tools, parameters). · Generate and validate CNC programs (CAM/manual) and support production startups. · Define in-process inspection methods in coordination with the quality department. · Implement improvements in setup times, scrap rates, and tool performance. · Support technical training for operators and programmers. **Requirements:** · Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field. · 3+ years of experience in CNC machining processes (lathes and machining centers). · Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Solidcam, Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit or similar). · Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and GD&T. · Experience interpreting engineering drawings with geometric tolerances. · Desired: experience using measurement equipment (CMM, optical comparator, roughness tester). · Technical English (reading drawings and basic communication with clients). **Skills:** · Technical problem analysis and resolution. · Process organization and documentation. · Effective communication and teamwork. · Results-driven and continuous improvement mindset. **We Offer:** · Competitive salary based on experience. · Statutory benefits. · Training and development on export projects. · Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
