**Company Description:** National company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of residential and custom-made furniture Requirements: * Industrial Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, or related field. * Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD; Photoshop or Illustrator experience is preferred but not mandatory. * INDISPENSABLE experience in furniture or kitchen manufacturing. * Strong communication skills, team leadership ability, attention to detail, proactive attitude, negotiation skills, numerical and analytical aptitude. * Basic English proficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Developing optimal technical solutions for Projects * Generating clear and optimal engineering documentation * Timely and accurate delivery of engineering documentation to the Plant * Meeting project delivery deadlines * Monitoring Projects at the Plant * Tracking materials for samples * Full responsibility for samples * Maintaining up-to-date status of activities for Engineering and Prototyping team members * Reporting Project status to Management * Evaluating performance of personnel under supervision * Driving continuous improvement across departments * Conducting feedback sessions with all interacting departments * Organizing necessary clinics according to project nature * Interfacing with Suppliers and Commercial Department to prevent project misunderstandings * Maintaining a healthy and productive work environment within supervised departments.
