





We are seeking a **Field Support Engineer in Pachuca** to join our team. It is essential to have experience providing support (diagnosis and repair) for multifunctional devices and computing equipment (hardware and software). ***Key requirements for this position:*** * Knowledge of preventive and corrective technical support to diagnose and repair computing equipment (hardware and software). * Diagnosis and repair of HP laser printers and multifunctional devices (Lexmark – high volume). * Experience working via assigned reports or tickets in the Pachuca area. * Availability to travel to our client’s stores. * Ability to issue invoices for services rendered (not mandatory). * Technical diploma or incomplete/completed university degree in Computer Systems. * Employment modality: Payment per event. ***Main responsibilities:*** * Provide high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and implementation of long-term solutions. * As a Field Support Engineer, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and the technical support team.
