Join the Vinte team as: Building Manager Position Objective: Execute building construction based on an executive project for an urban development complex Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and prepare generators for the construction of the urban development project 2. Prepare purchase requisitions, cost estimates, work orders, and material consumption vouchers 3. Track material procurement and coordinate related requests with involved departments 4. Deliver completed works and services to the After-Sales department 5. Support logistics for visits and site inspections by financial institutions 6. Ensure compliance on-site with civil protection, safety, hygiene regulations, and all requirements stipulated by authorities                                                                             REQUIREMENTS: Education: Civil Engineering degree Experience: 1 year in a related position The responsibilities require a professional with planning and organizational skills, assertive communication, and collaborative teamwork.
