




**Join our academic team and contribute to the training of future professionals!** We are seeking a **Chemistry Module Instructor** to deliver in-person classes focused on strengthening knowledge in **general and organic chemistry**, using active methodologies and **EXANI\-II**-type exercises. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person sessions aligned with the official syllabus. * Design didactic materials, diagrams, and interactive exercises. * Promote the analysis of chemical phenomena in real-world contexts. * Guide the resolution of EXANI\-II-type exercises with feedback. * Develop exercises in stoichiometry, nomenclature, equilibrium, and chemical reactions. * Evaluate and monitor student learning progress. * Use institutional platforms for academic management. * Participate in training sessions and academic meetings. * Comply with institutional guidelines. **Skills and Competencies** * Clearly and contextually explain chemical phenomena. * Guide exercises in balancing, stoichiometry, nomenclature, and reactions. * Logical, analytical, and numerical reasoning. * Creativity in designing simulations and applied examples. * Effective didactic planning and organization. * Clear communication and motivation for learning. * Proficiency with educational platforms and digital tools. * Collaborative work within academic teams. **Desirable Knowledge** * Types of chemical bonds: ionic, covalent, metallic. * Solutions: percentage, ppm, molarity. * Chemical reactions and balancing. * Stoichiometry: moles, grams, molar ratios, enthalpy. * Endothermic and exothermic processes, chemical equilibrium. * Organic chemistry: hybridization, IUPAC nomenclature, functional groups. * Biomolecules: carbohydrates, amino acids, glycosidic and peptide bonds. * Solving EXANI\-II-type chemistry exercises. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemical and Biological Sciences, or related fields. * *Desirable:* Graduate studies in chemistry education or science education. * **Experience:** * 2 years of teaching experience at high school or higher education level. * Teaching in general chemistry, organic chemistry, or preparation for science-related degree programs. * *Desirable:* Preparing students for standardized tests. * **Age:** 25 to 45 years. * **Gender:** Indistinct. **We Offer** * **Fixed schedule:** Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs. * **Modality:** In-person.
