




Position Objective Follow up on the Director's scheduled agenda, manage and consolidate personnel information from each zone, regions and contact points, as well as expense control and reservations. Main Functions Ensure control and coordination of the agenda. * Prepare presentations, databases, extract personnel information from the Director's work zones. * Preparation of reports. * Ensure that directory administration is up to date. * Maintain budget and expense tracking for management and team. * Logistics for visits and meetings Contact Point. * Follow up on the delivery of administrative activities. Candidate Profile 2 years of experience as a Management Assistant with administrative responsibilities. * Agenda management. * Proficient in Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint (advanced) * Adaptable to change, organized and proactive. * Flexible availability. * Completed bachelor's degree.
