With over 30 years of experience, we work closely with flooring and tile distributors, hardware stores, and building materials suppliers across the country. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and improvement of information systems, technological infrastructure, and networks, providing efficient user support and contributing to the company’s operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Management, organization, and maintenance of IT systems. * Administration and support of network infrastructure. * Remote technical support to users. * Administration and mastery of enterprise platforms such as **SAP**. * Software updates and maintenance. * Analysis and identification of areas for improvement in technological infrastructure. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling and networking. * Administration and use of **CRM** systems. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support and system administration. * Knowledge of networking, basic cabling, and IT infrastructure. * Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred). * Knowledge of CRM systems. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer** * Job stability within a solid and growing company. * Opportunities for professional development. * A collaborative work environment. * Benefits in accordance with local labor law.
